Refund / Cancellation Policy

1. General Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy is strictly followed and all cancellation requests must be made in writing. Verbal or informal cancellation requests will not be considered.

2. Registration Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 120 days prior to the conference start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $200 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the conference start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 90 days of the conference start date are non-refundable and can only be transferred to the next edition.
  • Discounted registrations are non-refundable and can only be transferred to the next edition or opted for a Credit Shell.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 60 days of receiving the written cancellation notification.

4. Accommodation Policy

  • All accommodations booked through us are refundable strictly in accordance with the respective hotel’s cancellation and refund policy.
  • Any discounted accommodation bookings are non-refundable and can only be transferred to the next edition.
  • For accommodation-related refunds, the hotel’s individual cancellation policy will apply and may vary by property.

5. Travel Restrictions & Force Majeure

In cases where individual attendees are unable to confirm travel due to government regulations, travel restrictions, or similar circumstances, refunds cannot be provided.

In such cases, registrations may only be transferred to the virtual/online category or to a future edition, as applicable.
